The staff is delightful here, the services are fantastic, and location is picturesque not far from bus across the road, shops, Ponsonby. Unique, exquisite room with old fireplace, bathroom, for instance.

The place was good value. The cosy atmosphere created by the ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC staff. I was given family room with Wi-Fi, big windows and TV. Early check in and welcoming service throughout my stay.

The hotel met all requests, I would return there. Great area, central location. Besides, sky tower is 10 minutes' drive away. Lots of eating options with cafes and bakery close enough to the property.
